For these properties we are available to serve you as a buyer's agent whereby we can do our best to get you the lowest price possible on these fantastic South Pacific island properties.

If you choose to employ us as your buyer's agent, we will do our absolute best to get you the greatest deal possible on the property of your dreams. Our fee for this service is a mere $100 retainer (deducted from our fee at closing) and 25% of the amount we help you save. For example, if you see a non-exclusive property listed on this website for $150,000 and the respective commission agent is not willing to negotiate to your satisfaction, you may hire us to help. If we get the price down to $110,000, then our fee would be just $10,000 of the $40,000 we saved you.

APPRAISAL SERVICE

We at InvestInTonga.Com also function as a trustworthy South Pacific real estate appraisal service and would be happy to be employed by you in this capacity as well. A full scale appraisal on any property can be purchased for just $175 for properties in the Vava'u and Tongatapu island groups, $350 for properties in the Ha'apai island group and $495 for properties in the Niuas island group.

We know what a big commitment purchasing an overseas island real estate is and if employed by you in this capacity, you can rest assured that we can give you a full appraisal report and do our absolute best to inform you of everything and anything that you would like to know concerning the property in question. We understand that there are many things one can not see in pictures, such as the building foundation, roof, hidden blemishes and even the neighbors, and we can be your eyes for you while you are considering a South Pacific real estate purchase from afar.
